Reservation Process
Triathletes should call the hotel directly, the reservations department, or email to request their reservation.

The triathletes must provide the following information in order to confirm their reservation:
Card / Name of the Bank / Card holder’s name / Expiration date / Security code
Payment and cancellation conditions
The triathletes will pay their reservations at the time of Check-in in at the reception of the hotel of their choice.
For any change or cancellation, it will be MANDATORY to request it directly via the contact number previously mentioned, with at least four days in advance notice before checking into the hotel. If there is no prior notice with at least 24 hours in advance, the reservation cannot be modified, and in case of cancellation or No Show, the amount corresponding to the value of one night's stay will be charged.
